Voyeur

Sometimes I take pictures .Like the one of the two men probably handcart or rickshaw pullers , taking a ride in a rick with tattered patched cloth hanging down the back almost replicating them in a way .Or the two women perched on scooters behind their men- two of a kind, the man pushing the girl against a car - unfortunately our car took off before I could see the end of it ..,the container at night , the road vanishing into nothingness, children in the classroom at my old school and crowds waiting to join the Muharram procession.

Most times I don't - take a picture,I mean .But wish I did . The little boy on guard at his older brother's pushcart laden with fruit, sound asleep with his head resting on the sill of the cart , the small boy selling balloons to more privileged ones just outside the mall, the utterly mad man with his Rastafarian locks, the kids call Bob Marley, directing traffic with much aplomb ,clad in a greatcoat in the stifling heat ...

These are wonderful photos. Overlong stares caught by the lens. Wonderful.

The one of the man and woman first made me feel all warm. For a split second only though. Right after that I noticed that there's some sexual menace about it, something not too appealing.
Calcutta at night- awesome picture.
I just found these two more amazing than the rest.

Orange Cat - It was an interesting byplay and yes there is a sexual menace about the picture .

like your photos - not purposeful and aptly titled. once a sculptor friend told me that it is not what the artists painted or sculpted but our own connection with what we see. lovely!
